Producing Our Music Video- Lip Syncing

Erica/Stav: camera, Jessica: lighting, Valeza: artist

We recorded one of the lipsyncing shots as a silhouette.

We thought that using the shadows of hands making patterns in the air mightlook effective slowed down in the video.

So after looking through our clips at college we realised we didn't have a base track to run through the whole video, only a bunch of random shots so we decided to shoot one at my house, the day was full of complications (we forgot the memory card at college and had to go all the way back to get it) but in the end we got what we needed, and even came up with a new idea of using shadows/silhouettes to add depth to the video. Here are some pictures we took during the day (I apologise for the blurriness but my camera quality is crap in the dark)

Also this way we could get more effective shots of Valeza lip syncing against a plain white backround, this is because we can focus more on her facial expressions and her make up is clearer. It suits the feel of our video a lot more.
